We always try and exceed out patients expectations and with this in mind we regularly commission patient questionnaires. We use an independent expert to both set the questions and to report on the results.

Our latest questionnaire was in February 2009 with questions ranging from rating the Dentist’s skill and gentleness through to how well we explain our costs and treatments to you. Other questions covered important aspects such as sterilisation and the quality of our advice and care. We received an outstanding endorsement from our patients with 98% of all replies scoring us as good or excellent. 100% of our patients would recommend us to a friend.
